Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Making Cents, you agree to these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

Account and Security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to notify us if you suspect unauthorized use.

Third-Party Sign-In

If you choose Google or Apple sign-in, we receive limited account data from those providers, such as email, provider user ID, and display name, to authenticate and secure your account.

Permitted Use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, or use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful activities.

Subscriptions and Billing

Paid subscriptions are offered through applicable platform providers such as Apple. Auto-renewal, cancellation, billing, refunds, and other purchase terms are subject to the platform provider's rules and your agreement with that provider. Access to premium features may change based on payment status, expiration, cancellation, or platform-side billing events.

Account Deletion and Data

Users can initiate account deletion from within the iOS app. Deleting an account removes account-connected information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Informational Use

Making Cents is provided for personal budgeting and spending insight purposes. It is not financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice.
